Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Within Australia

Dispatch Time:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.
  • During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday), dispatch may take an additional 2-3 business days. We aim to dispatch within 1 business day if possible.

Delivery Method:

  • All orders are sent using Australia Post.
  • We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers (please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location).

Tracking:

  • An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed.
  • Orders are processed the next business day after placing your order.

Delivery Timing:

  • Delivery times may incur delays during holiday periods or extreme weather events.
  • It is advised to use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours (Monday-Friday). If no one is present, the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point, and a collection card will be left.

Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Parcels:

  • If a parcel is returned to Hiromi House due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect or insufficient address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the return and redelivery fee.
  • Contact us at admin@hiromihouse.com for redelivery and advise us about your preference.

Returned Parcels:

  • A return and restocking charge will be deducted from the order refund for all other returned parcels.
  • Hiromi House is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels with incorrect or insufficient addresses submitted during the order.
  • Hiromi House is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen unless it occurred during transit. The status 'Delivered' will signify the order has been successfully received.

Address Confirmation:

  • Ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience.
  • All orders made are final and sent directly to our warehouse team for processing. Amendments or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once orders are placed.

Tracking Orders:

  • Find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
  • Click on the tracking link in the email to access Australia Post's tracking portal.

International Shipping

Important Notice:

  • Many deliveries may encounter delays due to reduced air flight availability.

  • Some countries cannot be shipped to due to restrictions or border closures.

Shipping Services:

  • We offer Australia Post International Express (EMS).
  • All rates are shown at checkout.

Additional Costs:

  • All prices are in Australian Dollar and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
  • Hiromi House is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and additional costs associated with international orders
